1. Appointments (Therapy Sessions)

• Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or failure to attend the session (no-show) will result in the loss of your payment.

 

2. Retreats (Inner Child Retreat)

​

• A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your retreat booking.

• The remaining balance is due  four weeks before the retreat start date.

• Cancellations made at least four weeks prior to the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within four weeks of the start date will result in the loss of all payments.

3. Price Changes

​

• All prices are subject to change. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.
